For the available 10hrs/day, assume one works in 20mins intervals, i.e. 20mins focused work + 10mins break, then the overall focused work per hour is 40mins leading to 400mins (~6.5hrs) in the available 10hrs.
Workdays/Wk. | Available Hrs | Focused Efforts (Hrs)/day | Focused Efforts/week (hrs/wk.) |
7 | 10 | 6.67 | 46.7 |
6 | 10 | 6.67 | 40.0 |
5 | 10 | 6.67 | 33.3 |
